Yes — your invoice, payment receipt, and Serial Key are sent to the email address you enter at checkout. Please fill in your email ID and phone number accurately. If you enter an incorrect address, it becomes very difficult to retrieve your details later. Double-check before you click 'Pay'.

Four simple steps:

① Download the app called "ATGenius" from the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS).

② Open the app and go to the 'Activate Serial Key' tab. Enter your Serial Key exactly as received — it is case-sensitive.

③ Once activated, tap 'Download Videos' to save your modules to your device.

④ When prompted, 'Allow' the permissions the app requests (storage access is needed to save videos for offline viewing).

ATGenius is a mobile-only application, compatible with both Android and iOS (Apple) smartphones. It is not currently available on tablets, laptops, desktops, or smart TVs.

For the best experience, use a phone with at least 2GB of free storage space and a screen size of 5 inches or above.

Your subscription is valid for the number of days indicated in your chosen plan — 2, 5, 15, or 20 days — from the date of activation, not from the date of purchase.

To check your subscription status, go to the 'Serial Key Details' tab in the app — it shows your activation date, expiry date, and remaining time.

Recommendation: Download all your videos immediately after activation so you can watch them offline even if the subscription window closes before you finish.

You need an internet connection only to download the videos. Once downloaded, you can watch them completely offline — no connection required. This makes ATGenius ideal for use during commutes, travel, or in areas with poor connectivity.

Two things to check immediately:

① Available storage space — ATGenius videos require a reasonable amount of phone memory. Check your phone's storage (Settings → Storage) and free up space if needed.

② Internet connectivity — ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection during the download. A weak or intermittent connection can cause downloads to stall or fail silently.

This is almost always caused by a screen recording app running in the background. ATGenius protects its content — if any screen recording application is active (even if you're not actively recording), the full video will not play.

Go to your phone's running apps, close any screen recorder, and then relaunch ATGenius. The video should play in full. If you have a screen recording app installed, consider disabling or uninstalling it.
